Payment
Accounts may be paid with VISA, Mastercard, personal cheque, cash or traveller's cheque. Rates subject to change.

$200.00 Deposit is Required, on all reservations, refundable (less $25.00 for accounting) if cancellation is made in writing two weeks prior to arrival. Deposit will be accredited to accounts on confirmed departure dates. Under 14 days, no refund on deposit.

Tax & Gratuities
Rates are subject to 13% H.S.T. and a 6% Service Charge. The Service Charge covers all staff gratuities except your Server and your Housekeeper who you tip yourself. Should you feel a certain staff member has done something you feel warrants an additional gift you are more than welcome to do so.

Exchange on US Funds
We pay prevailing exchange rate.

Reservations
Reservations by phone only please. Please ask for Vicki if you are booking a wedding.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. If you are checking in mid-week we may be able to get you in earlier than 4 pm. Please give us a call.

Boat Reservations
Day rentals begin 8:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. til 5:30 p.m./until sundown. Oil, Gas and applicable taxes are extra. Damaged equipment is the renter's responsibility. Rental equipment must be parked from dusk till dawn. A Visa deposit of $1000 is required on rental of boats over 9.9 H.P. for non Lumina guests. The operator must have a boat operator card if required by law (born after April 1st 1983)

Pets
Regretfully there are no pets permitted at Lumina Resort. There is a local pet-boarding facility which we are happy to recommend.

Resort Dress Code
Casual resort attire. No bare feet or bathing suits in the Dining Room.

Smoking
We provide a non-smoking environment. We request that all guests refrain from smoking in all guest rooms, cottages and main areas.
